The engagement and dialogue with the stakeholders is one of the key factors for the success of any CSR initiative. In this section we want to offer stakeholders a forum in which they can express their views on CSR and to tell us what their expectations vis-à-vis the commerce sector are. In this way, we aim to initiate a fruitful and constructive dialogue with the many stakeholders that are dealing with matters related to CSR.
